We do this to use the data to enhance the experience of our customers, in a way which does not identify individuals. We do not make, and/or allow google to make any attempt to find out the identities of the visitors.
Mailing List:
To better show our customers products, services, offer freebies and keep them up to date with Tractor Guard Ltd, if you sign up to our mailing list, we use your Name and Email address to send you this information. We will never sell, or trade your details, and you can unsubscribe at any time by emailing us: accounts@tractorguard.co.uk, or clicking the clearly shown Unsubscribe link at the end of the email. Your details will be permanently deleted from the list and you will be notified via email of the removal.

Purchasing:
When you make a purchase from Tractor Guard Ltd your name, address, email address, telephone number is stored on our order system through Shopify (our website host) and through TNT (for our postage).
If you order via our eBay store your name, address, email address, telephone number is stored on their system and through TNT (for our postage).

The data is used so we can process your order. We keep your data on file for 7 years, this is for tax purposes. The data we store is kept on a password protected computer via Dropbox. Their privacy policy can be seen here: https://www.dropbox.com/en_GB/privacy

Competition Terms:
All entries must be received by 11.59pm on the competition closing date and is open to all UK residents aged 16 or over, excluding employees or agents of the associated companies and their families. Only one entry per household. Prize contents are subject to change. No cash alternative. One prize will be given away to a member drawn at random on the closing date. You must have a registered account at www.tractorguard.co.uk to enter. Registration is free. No purchase necessary. The decision of the judge is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be notified by email.
